Hello! I am so excited to be the Media Technology Specialist at Stanton-Smith! I grew up in Whitehouse and graduated from Whitehouse High School. I attended UT Tyler where I received my bachelor’s degree of Interdisciplinary Studies.

This is my 17^th year to teach in Whitehouse but my 22nd year of teaching. I taught 2^nd grade for 13 years and 3^rd grade for four years. Five years ago, when the district opened the MTS postions on each campus, I knew this was perfect for me. It is exciting to teach in my hometown.

I have been married to the man of my dreams for 15 years. He is also a product of Whitehouse ISD. We have an 13 year old son that keeps us busy. We also have an English Bulldog, Poochie, who is just precious!!
